Most martial arts will offer some dynamic workout. As a beginner a lot is not expected of you. But if you continue you will become very athletic.

Some of the most athletic guys that I have seen are the xma martial artist. I know many don’t consider them to be real martial artist. But they are very athletic. They can do some amazing things. Personally I wouldn’t attempt those moves in a fight, but they would look great for demonstrations or in the movies. I don’t dare to say that it wouldn’t work in a real fight. I’m not qualified to say that. I have never tried it. For myself I prefer to keep it simple when fighting or sparring.

brazialian jujitsu, but I’m very biased. It will give you the best strength conditioning, perhaps not the best cardio. keeps your abs tight for sure.
