Probably boxing. Mix that into your wrestling and you should be fine. You’d have a base for MMA. I’m assuming that you’d have a pretty good reach.

Ask yourself what you want to do in next 5 years . Do want have broken nose , eye brows , missing teeth ? Choose boxing or similar . If you want to be healthy , slim and fit , I would recommend Tae Kwon Do . Tae Kwon Do is easy and lot of fun . Make sure your sabumnim (master) is certified by *** or ITF and best if is Korean . Do no sign any contract before you are sure you like this academy , class, master . Good Luck .

Make sure your instructor is a good one, and i would suggest a grading examiner aswell because they no what to look for in a grading lol

ok, wow i love ur guys respect for boxing… as a wrestler ur proably gona do good in bjj, bc it gona be mostly on the ground there are takedowns and throws, and u dont have to wory about falling on ur back, ur tall and slim at 180 so boxing would be good but its not for everyone, bc u got to be willing to get hit, and some guys dont like that, kickboxing or muay thai would be also things u might look into, TKD is great but its not for everyone most wrestler i know dont like TKD, i got nothing for or against it the best thing to do is try each one out and see which one u like,
